REQUIREMENTS

 

A Bachelors' degree (required) in business, management, accounting, statistics, information science; candidates with a Masters' degree, strongly preferred

At least 8 years of experience as an architectural leader with at least 3 years of extensive experience in eliciting use cases from clients

Strong ability to troubleshoot software and database problems with the ability to understand and work in large code base

Experience with database design patterns, data analytics, and data-oriented frameworks and complete understanding of the Web Service Oriented and Service Oriented Architectures

Candidates having experience with experience in the retail industry, e-retail, big data; working with remote teams; experience with industrial manufacturing company

Highly self-motivated and directed with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/work streams simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to teach and share knowledge with others in a clear and concise manner; along with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both small and large groups and to handle questions in a commercially astute and sensitive manner

Strong leadership and teaming capabilities with the ability to operate independently, affect change across functions, and have a track record of delivered results

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:​

 

Responsible for analyzing all data produced by our company's global products and identify what and how to use it in support of the decision-making process of our internal and external clients.  This role will serve as the point person for programs that form an architecture for handling data, including databases, data warehouses and other storage resources, including linking legacy or enterprise software to BI applications or platforms, and creating or handling metadata that help programs use data more efficiently and accurately; ultimately defining and developing standards and solutions for both internal and external customers.
