Job Description :
• Plan and prioritize the platforms direction related to improvements, remediation and support. Partner with Engineering and Production Readiness and Control to advocate support requirements and direction as it affects the physical and logical design of the equipment and systems.
• Required Platform Expertise in VMWare, with distributed server background, to drive strategy and address production support aspects of new technologies.
• Oversee annual planning for platform, including platform budget assumptions, and identifying, scoping and prioritizing of initiatives.
• Provide consulting on high impact projects to identify issues and impact to the environment

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent
• Five or more years of related experience
• Exceptional expertise in VMWare with focus on Production, along with detailed knowledge of industry trends and exceptional technical, logical and analytical problem solving skills
Candidate Must Have :

* VMWare with focus on production, distibuted server background, leadership and strategic planning background
