Job Description:	Total experience of 12-20 years - 8-10 years Experience in SAP (MUST Have) - Project management experience in SAP projects ( preferably across different types of projects) (MUST HAVE) - Should have managed large projects/programs independently (MUST HAVE) - 3-4 years domain experience - Experience in an onsite/offshore environment - Managing 200+ consultants (MUST HAVE) - Expert knowledge in Quality Process Development/Implementation (MUST HAVE) - Willing to travel extensively (MUST Have) - Managing the various regions in the US. (MUST Have) - Direct Management of regions outside the Northeast and Midwest and Indirect Management of Northeast & MidWest Regions through regional delivery managers - Defining, Developing & Deploying SAP Global Delivery Processes - Managing US SAP Service Expectations. - Building committments with US Sales Force for SAP Service Offerings in entire US Region (Must Have) - Managing profitability of regions (Must Have)
