The position provides an opportunity to work closely with Sales, Trading, Research, and Quants and Strategies and opens paths to many different business areas (FX, FICC, Equities, etc.) REQUIREMENTS: -Strong development in one or more procedural or object oriented technologies (Perl, C, and/or C++ is helpful). -Development experience using databases is a plus. -Interest in the financial services. -2-5 years work experience. -Proven track record. -Strong problem solving skills/analytical skills. -Good communication skills. -Suitable background would be in Computer Science combined with Engineering and /or Math (ex. B.S in Computer Science and M.S. in Engineering).MS a plus, not required. -Financial experience is helpful. Candidates should be more interested in solving business issues with any technical tools available.
