Practice is seeking an IT Specialist experienced
in the design & deployment of Tivoli security products in complex
customer environments. Successful candidate will have 3+ years
experience leading engagements in the subject product areas. Person
will be responsible for mentoring peers in order to assist in
building required depth of skills for the US Delivery practice. In addition

to product skills, candidate must demonstrate excellent communication
& interpersonal skills.
Travel at 80-100%

Major Field of Study:business or related area
Tivoli Access Manager(formerly Policy Director) (Level3 - Can perform with assistance. Has applied knowledge)
Tivoli Identity Mgr. (Access 360) (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge)
IGS/ITS Business Experience/Knowledge (Level3 - Can perform with assistance. Has applied knowledge)
Client/Customer Relationships (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform)
Communications-Written/Verbal (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform)
Consulting Strategy/Leadership (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform)
2-5 years in the design & deployment of Tivoli Security solutions.
Candidate Must Have :
* Tivoli Identity Manager
* Tivoli Access Manager
* Infrastructure Architecting
* Executive Interface
* Written/Oral Communication
