The team lead is responsible for delivery of technology/process deliverables focused on the SAP MM module. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client s business. Understand, establish and manage the scope & quality of the areas of their responsibility. Team lead is expected to provide guidance for design alternatives; communicate with his/her team and across other functional & technical teams of the project; surfacing, documenting & resolving issues in a timely basis; coaching the & setting expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities, and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project budget & timetable. Position requires 80-100% travel.

Major Field of Study:Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree Hands-on configuration of SAP MM module (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) SAP MM industry experience in CPG, Retail, or Pharma (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) Process definition, analysis, design, & implementation (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) Requirements definition/mapping & apply required configuration changes (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) Test plan, scenario, & script development (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) UAT execution lead role for a specific area (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) Hands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge).

Candidate Must Have :
* Requires at least 5 years Hands-on SAP MM configuration.
* 3 FLC implementation of SAP MM configuration.
* 5yrs experience with application development/process transformation experience in CPG, Retail and Pharmaceutical.

Will consider H1-B candidates if there is at least 2.5 years left on the H1-B.
