The Sales & Distribution (SD) Lead Consultant will be accountable for the implementation of the SAP SD Modules as part of Industrial/Supply Chain Management (SCM) SAP initiatives. This individual provides hands-on leadership, direction, & mentoring to the team as well as manages client relationships. The SD Lead must be able to self-direct and be capable of working in a time-compressed, highly dynamic & potentially ambiguous client situation to ensure milestones & deliverables are achieved. The SD Lead will have direct involvement in business case development & performance measurement. 80-100% travel is required. The preferred candidate will have an SAP Certification, team lead experience and management consulting experience with SCM/Industrial clients on SAP engagements.

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years SAP SD Functional consulting experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 2 years employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities. Candidates must have demonstrated hands on configuration experience in Sales & Distribution and at least 3 full life cycle implementations of successful industrial/supply chain management projects. Candidates must have team lead experience through at least two phases of an implementation.

Candidate Must Have :
* Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years SAP SD Functional consulting experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities
* Candidates must have demonstrated hands on configuration experience in Sales & Distribution
* Candidates must have at least 3 full life cycle implementations of successful industrial/supply chain management projects
* Candidates must have team lead experience through at least two phases of an implementation

Candidates must have significant Management Consulting experience - Big5 or Other.
