* Monthly, quarterly, and year end closings of general ledger

* Reviewing monthly reports, annual operating expense/CAM reconciliations

* Preparing financial statements, straight-line schedules, amortization schedules,

 & variance analyses for assigned properties, lease agreements, & loan agreements.

 

~ CPA or 2-3 years public

~ 5+ yrs of SOLID commercial property accounting experience

~ EXCEL
