Legal Specialty Group - Build, manage, and retain a portfolio of Wealth client relationships with a focus on new client acquisition. This is accomplished by helping clients define their financial goals and objectives, analyzing clients current financial resources and financial positions, identifying appropriate products and services to help client attain their objectives, ensuring clients are introduced to appropriate specialists, inside Wealth and outside Wealth, and effectively closing sales for appropriate products and services. Identify, generate and grow wealth management revenue from new and existing clients that meet or exceed annual goals. No relocation available. Minimum 5 or more years financial sales experience in the financial services industry with high net worth clients. Must be a proven self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to develop a high profile in the local market. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales goals and keep teams focused and highly motivated. Ability to think, plan and execute strategically. Excellent oral and written communication skills and effective presentation skills. Ability to develop productive relationships with other lines of business. Ability to provide clear direction and define priorities for sales teams. Ability to identify sales and market opportunities. College degree required. Computer proficiency required. Preferred CFP or CFA designation and an advanced degree and if not, must be willing to obtain CFP in first 2 years of employment. Strong commercial credit background. Strong knowledge of NYC market and established center of influence in the legal community.
