REQUIREMENTS: Experience working in an IBM z/OS environment with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills is required. A minimum of fifteen years of combined experience with at least three as a supervisor/manager of Mainframe Systems Programmers is necessary to succeed in this position. Experience in Storage Management, DB2, IMS,
CICS, VTAM, or TCPIP Systems Programming is a plus.

Effectively shift focus rapidly to accommodate changing

Multitask and work independently (self starter)
Work in a team environment
Provide after hours 24x7 on call support as an escalation
point
Use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong technical documentation skills
