Job Description:	-- Works closely with IT leadership, ensures that all infrastructure areas and applications are compliant with current Sarbanes-Oxley standards and IT policies and procedures. -- Performs Sarbanes-Oxley Management Testing across multiple businesses and locations -- Prepares IT areas for yearly external audit Sarbanes-Oxley testing -- Ensures risks associated with current and newly implemented processes or applications are mitigated with appropriate control structures -- Assists in managing multiple control automation and process improvement initiatives in areas such as change management and logical access -- Assists in the migration of decentralized control documentation across multiple businesses into a vendor-supplied consolidation tool -- Ensures all Sarbanes-Oxley control documentation is up-to-date and accurate for all IT areas -- Stays up-to-date on current Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and changes in policy Experience and Skill Requirements: . Experience in IT and/or Finance . Experience in IT Audit and/or IT controls . Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley . Ability to develop and review internal controls related to change management, logical access, and operations . Technical abilities from both a systems perspective and a business perspective . Project management skills a plus . Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills . Ability to plan and successfully execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced, continuously-changing environment Education Requirement: . Bachelors Degree in Finance or IT . 2-3 years Audit/IT experience, preferably in Big 4 firm
