strong (not necessarily senior) Unix Systems Administrator with solid trading floor support experience. 

The person should have very solid Unix (Linux, Solaris) skills, and solid experience supporting the trading floor.  Strong communication and presentation is key.

Comp is flexible, but this is not a manager or a senior architect, just a solid person.
