Job Description:	------------------------------------------ Position Title: Senior Software Developer/Architect Description: Developer will be part of a team adding functionality to a C# / .NET-based n-tier architecture and enhancing/maintaining a large existing C++ application. Required skills: -- Senior-level developer/architect with strong OO design and architecture skills -- 2+ years hands-on Microsoft C# experience -- 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual C++ -- strong Microsoft SQL Server experience -- demonstratable experience designing n-tier applications -- excellent communication skills, both oral and written   Plusses: -- experience in financial services (MQ Series, messaging, FIX / SWIFT protocols) -- hands-on experience with XML -- Microsoft MFC (Microsoft Foundation Class) experience -- experience with multithreading and thread control -- familiarity with messaging protocols (MQSeries, MSMQ, WebSphere)   Environment: -- excellent working environment in a small-company setting -- excellent opportunity to contribute to design and architecture and strengthen your C# / .NET skills in a financial industry setting   Salary range: $100k - $120k
