Lead Project Manager - Securities & Corporate Trust experience preferred, need 10 plus years management experience, securities, custody, cash management, DTC. Manage group of 3-4 project managers regarding performance issues, employee concerns, annual reviews, salary
| Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily activities of assigned Project Managers and allocate resources to assigned projects.
* Establish business requirements by working with Business Lines, Operations and Technology for key initiatives; structure and manage project plan to bring initiatives to successful and timely conclusion
* Coordinate technology, business, operation and other internal resources during planning, development, testing and implementation phases
* Manage project-related vendors and contractors to ensure effective and cost-efficient utilization
* Identify and resolve project-related issues throughout entire project lifecycle
* Work with leadership team to identify, prioritize and plan the implementation of key strategic projects critical for the success and growth of Corporate Trust businesses
* Work with business sponsors to establish business cases and secure project funding from Management Expense Committee
* Ensure all assigned projects are meeting funding requirements
* Lead senior management discussions on project progress including project timing, budget tracking, issue resolution and risk mitigation
Business Skills:
* Management experience of over 10 years
* Securities and Corporate Trust experience preferred
* Strong analytical skills, particularly with determining economic basis for initiatives and tracking effectiveness at achieving financial goals
* Strong project management skills, PMI certification preferred
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Prior experience managing IT and technology projects
* Fluent in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Comfortable working with MS Project
Education/Licenses/Certifications: College Degree is required.
