Job Description :

As an Application Architect you will provide technology leadership for major risk management bank applications with emphasis on data warehouse, data management, and ETL principals. You will ensure the systems perform within expectations, leverage appropriate technology tools, ensure scalability, and develop multi-year architecture plans through active engagement with business partners. Additionally, you will maintain and develop business domain and technical skills required to remain current in systems, development, and analysis techniques necessary to create and maintain architecture strategies supporting IT Risk team objectives. You will also provide technical leadership to Risk Management IT teams as evidenced by creation of design documentation, architectural models, data models, processing steps and flows, etc. Lastly, you will evaluate and influence selection of new technologies, strategic applications, tools, and utilities for existing and future Risk Management platform product development and support activities.

• 7 + years data warehousing experience.
• 5 + years experience with Informatica performance tuning of mappings.
• 10 + years experience with writing SQL and / or PL/SQL code.
• 10 + years experience with RDBMS. Specifically DB2.
• Experience working with the full life data warehouse software development lifecycle process, including analysis, DI design, construction, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing fundamentals.

Client  can fill this position at any of our IT sites in Cleveland OH, Columbus OH, Cincinnati OH or in Chicago IL.
