At least 7-10 years as a Sr. Manager in Application Development out of Industry, not out of non-profit. Experienced Manager, Mentor, Team Builder, Great People Skills
Technology Environment: Java J2EE, Linux, Windows, Postgres, WebSphere, Tomcat, Ajax, Apache.
