Experienced communications professional will provide thought leadership and drive execution of communications strategies to support leadership and project objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
• Create and execute internal communication solutions for business line executives and partners to meet objectives and support the delivery of our value proposition.
• Develop, recommend and execute communications strategies that have measurable objectives, targeted messaging, reconciled cross-impacts, and use appropriate communication mediums to achieve intended results.
• Elevate communications to focus on shaping sales behaviors that deliver results.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Expertise developing and executing complex communications solutions for all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated consulting experience, including an ability to partner with senior leader, identifying issues and helping to implement solutions that solve business challenges.
• Understanding of how to deliver communications strategies that are intended to shape the behavior of diverse audiences, use different communication mediums that span ranges of time.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse work groups (organizationally, geographically) and work well on a distributed team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks using project management and problem solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills a must – ability to deal effectively with a variety of personalities and levels of employees, particularly in pressured situations.
• Respond to appropriate levels of urgency and manage necessary details to communicate a more complex but concise message strategy.
• Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in basic software applications. (Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel)

Required Education and Experience
• Four year college degree, MBA preferred.
• 7-12 years in communications/marketing or related field.
• Experience in banking/financial services industry a plus.
