The Banking Services Project Consultant will report to the Banking Products Consultant Manager, who is responsible for channeling all business, commercial, and ultra high net worth lending opportunities for the firm. The Project Consultant works closely with Channel Managers, National Sales Manager, external Regional Banking Consultants, and Banking Services colleagues to develop training programs to promote learning. The Project Consultant will create and implement content delivery, WBT/CBT training and curricula to drive education and awareness of banking products to the field.

REQUIREMENTS The position requires 3-5 years of experience in Credit and Lending, preferably in a Brokerage environment. The successful candidate must have strong partnering skills, and be able to deliver consistent messages to varying organizational levels. Strong business writing and presentation skills required. Demonstrated background in developing training initiates, preferably for field sales organizations, is highly desired. The candidate must have outstanding Microsoft Office (especially Word and Powerpoint) skills. Experience with Lectora or Authorware software products would be helpful. Past experience in creating CBT/WBT programs also desired. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
