The Performance Capacity / User Experience manager will grow and lead the team that is responsible for the technology associated with measuring the availability of business applications and developing scorecards and dashboards providing a visual representation and corresponding data. This team's role includes development and support of tools used to monitor applications accessed via the internet and gathering data that can be used to evaluate the growth and trending of these applications on a real-time basis.

The manager will partner with key infrastructure, development, and business constituents to develop and implement cost effective strategies that ensure optimum system size and performance of the computing infrastructure and the measurements associated with the availability of internet applications. The successful candidate in this position will understand both the consumer of the technology and the business drivers for consumption.

Duties and responsibilities
�Leads a team in the development, tracking and reporting of capacity consumers across the enterprise
�Directs projects including the development of strategy, tool selection, and process definition based on user needs, viable technology and operation efficiency
�Works closely with business areas to identify current consumers, opportunities for tuning and to ensure adequate forecasting of existing and future business systems.
�Delivers system, software and/or hardware modeling to optimize consumption of capacity across the enterprise
�Delivers technology solution to focus on application performance and server delivery
�Experience with different capacity models
�Develops and refines processes to focus on incident and problem related to performance, capacity and monitoring of the end user experience for customer-facing applications
�Maintains and supports existing systems as required, and aids in root cause analysis for issues related to system capacity and performance by using team resources
�Initiates, defines and implements standard, operating procedures, and new programs to improve departmental quality and productivity
�Seeks opportunities to improve and enhance functionality, stability and usability of servers, networks, and storage
�Delivers feedback to team and stakeholders effectively and in a timely manner.
�Provides leadership, coaching, motivation, evaluation and assistance to team members to ensure teamwork and high performance in the accomplishment of the responsibilities and projects
�Understands and managers client expectations to ensure strong client service and satisfaction by meeting the needs and request of the clients in a complete and timely manner
�Conducts performance reviews

Requirements
�Bachelors degree
�Proven leadership experience and strong performance management skills
�Strong organizational skills including experience with metrics capacity management
�Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills with experience in executive level reporting
�Four to six years of performance and / or capacity management experience
�Four years experience with user experience monitoring and dashboard and scorecard development
�Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills to understand and anticipate the impact and opportunities across multiple projects
