Will act as the Senior Project Manager and supervisor of a highway/roadway/civil department which includes; traffic, structures etc. Position will manage marketing efforts and staff in Richmond. Will also be responsible for budgets, QA/QC, negotiating, A/R, as well as other project related responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years experience, 3 of which should include managing large roadway projects. Experience with VDOT and Virginia clients preferred. Must have managerial experience, as well as project experience in their discipline and business development expertise. Virginia PE required within 3 months of hire.

Candidate Must Have :

* BSCE
* Professional Engineer License
