The Director of Sales will be responsible for existing and new revenue growth. This will include acquiring, growing and retaining key relationships with advertising agencies and marketing companies. Established relationships with Major Advertising Agencies and Consumer Product companies is a huge plus!
Responsibilities:
Ability to thrive in a start up environment where your contributions will have a direct impact as to the success of the company
Identifying and closing new business
Writing and presenting proposals, presentations, and responding to RFPs
Building and maintaining advertising agency and client relationships
Negotiating advertising contracts
Developing a growing understanding of our technology, and keeping up with Industry developments
Reporting, forecasting, and exceeding revenue goals
Significant travel within the region
Qualifications:
2-5 years of online advertising sales experience
Established relationships with interactive advertising agencies and knowledge of the advertising community
Track record of successfully meeting and exceeding quotas
Demonstrated success in goal oriented, highly accountable sales environment.
Superior communication skills, including face-to-face presentations, phone and e-mail
Solid understanding of Internet advertising and business models
Diligent work ethic, dependable, and ethical
Fortitude to attack every challenge as though there are no other options but to succeed
Educational Requirements: BA/BS
