The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of service delivery and providing leadership to clinical and administrative management staff who supervise 400 employees. Incumbent will also be responsible for budget development, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies including Medicare/Medicaid and improving/increasing programs.

Candidate Must Have :
* Qualified candidates must have a minimum three years management experience.
* Registered Nurse, Occupational, Physical or Speech Therapist, required.
* Knowledge of home care best practices preferred.
* Improving patient and employee satisfaction.
* Monitor metrics to ensure appropriate financial and clinical outcomes for patients.
