The Production Leader is responsible for supervision of non-exempt staff. As a member of the cell�s leadership team, will share the responsibilities of the team and its deliverables. This is a rotational position as part of a general management career path.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the 2nd and/or 3rd shift personnel with any production or other issues.
Monitor productivity of the manufacturing and support cells on the 2nd and/or 3rd shift operations.
Ensure all safety and quality procedures are followed at all times.
Communicate regularly and effectively with all Team Leaders to keep them informed of issues encountered in their 2nd and/or 3rd shift operations.
Candidate Must Have :
* 5-7 years of manufacturing experience is required
