Rapidly growing software company located in the White Plains area (easy to get to by Bus or Metro North) is looking for an experienced B.A. who will be the point person for all new and existing software development in this 20 person software firm. People from the large Wall Street houses are unlikely candidates
In addition to producing specification documents, the candidate is also expected to provide application end-user support. He/she will be a part of the team supporting the company’s front and back office applications. Some off-hours support is require when needed.
In summary, we are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with 5+ years experience in writing application specifications and with background in either application support or application development. Experience supporting Web based applications in a service industry environment is highly desired. Bilingual in English and second language (Spanish, Mandarin, Korean) is a big plus.
Requirements:
• 5+ years as Business or systems analyst
• Knowledge of database development (MySQL or MSSQL)
• Knowledge of Cold Fusion or another mainstream web development platform
• Knowledge of application development full lifecycle support
