With experience, a proactive career development program will prepare consultants to become more actively involved in client development and firm-wide leadership.

Candidate Must Have :
* MBA from a top-ranked business school
* Minimum of 3 years experience in strategy consulting and/or the healthcare industry (i.e., medical devices, biotech, pharmaceuticals)
* Team management experience
* Exceptional quantitative skills
