Compensation: $130K - $150K / Year

The prospective applicant will be responsible for the Military and Homeland Security businesses. The responsibilities include overall program performance, strategic planning, new business and organic growth pursuits, top line revenue growth (including assurance of revenue quality), and overall customer management and satisfaction for the defense marketplace. 

Education 
Minimum educational attainment is a Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering or Management disciplines. MS and/or MBA is preferred. 

Experience/Qualifications 
The prospective applicant must have prior experience in dealing with Army, Navy and Homeland customers. The applicant must possess competencies in leadership, team building, program execution, risk management, ability to drive ownership and responsibility, planning, organizing, sound business judgment and creative problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as proven experience in customer interface are required. Experience for the successful candidate must include from six to ten years of Project Management and/or Program Management. Experience operating in the Washington, D.C. environment a large plus.
