Smart college grads with 1-2 years accounting experience (doesn’t have to be insurance)
Preferably good school known for their accounting
They need to have a Accounting degree – we need people who know their debits and credits
They need to be able to apply cash and reconcile an account balance; they will be trained to do so in accordance with our work flows
Someone who is a self starter and who can work independently.
Good written and oral communication skills are extremely key!
