B.A, M.A, or PhD. in a math-related discipline. If educated in the U.S., strong preference for degree from a top 20 school. International schools considered on a case-by-case basis.
Strong interest in, and experience with, computer programming (ideally Java or C++)
Good oral and written communication skills.
1+ years of work experience in a quantitative or programming role

Candidate will be part of a small team of highly skilled individuals creating mathematical models of the markets and analyzing data. Work during our startup phase will be intensive; candidate should be willing to dedicate time as required (weekends possibly included) to complete the work on schedule.
