Job Description:
- Work with the business and IT to analyze and determine optimal approaches to meet requirements within the BETA workstream scope as part of the Independent Conversions project.
- Create business analyst deliverables such as requirements, approach documents, etc.
- Work with LOB to develop test cases/scripts, perform unit testing, and research testing defects
- Create functional designs, perform test planning, test execution and verification


Skills:

- Business Analyst skills and experience, preferably in IT data conversions

- Knowledge of BETA brokerage industry a plus

- Knowledge of SDLC process

- Familiarity with Microsoft Access db

- Familiarity with Quality Center

- Testing experience preferred

Business Knowledge Needed: Brokerage or other financial services knowledge preferred. BETA systems knowledge a plus.

Additional Capabilities Needed: Strong interpersonal and communications skills
