Develop a scalable Windows server environment for both our branch and global networks. Identify, research, evaluate, and implement emerging Windows technologies. Develop and implement automation and management tools for the firm's growing, highly resilient Windows infrastructure.

EXPERIENCE: Help architect next-generation Microsoft Windows infrastructure. Capable of conceptualizing, building, and deploying systems management and automation technologies for a large body of Windows servers and Windows PC clients. Strong Active Directory, MOM and SMS skills. Work both independently and with systems staff on substantial design and research projects within the Windows environment.
SKILLS: 10+ years of hands-on experience with server applications in a Microsoft networked environment. High level of expertise in the following
areas: Windows- 2000/2003 Server, SQL - 2000/2005 Server, Active-Directory management, Security- management (including Group Policy Objects), Citrix
and- VM Ware. Experience with UNIX administration. Experience with LAN administration. Solid programming and scripting abilities. Project management and documentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage packages (release updates) and apply security patches. Demonstrated ability to develop tools to maintain and monitor corporate infrastructure.
