The candidate will be responsible for helping to develop methods and tools to discover new trading models in a highly automated way. This person will be part of a newly formed team with 1-2 others. The results found by the team will be used in real trading strategies. Must have excellent programming and problem solving skills in addition to a strong work ethic. Must be able to work well in a team and write clear, efficient code. Any of the following experience will be considered but not required: Experience writing code in C++ as well as scripting languages. Experience in any of: data mining, machine learning, optimization, statistics, econometrics, finance. Advanced degree from a top university.
