Requirements: 
5+ years relevant experience managing in a fast-paced environment either consulting or technical 
Software background, Internet experience 
Strong project-management skills. Proven track record for product delivery. Able to fit in well within an informal startup environment and to provide hands-on management. 
Outstanding communication skills, including oral, written and presentation; Must be able to communicate effectively with both high level business executives (C-suite) and technical teams 

Skills and Certifications: 
Gathering and Developing Requirements 
Cisco 12000 Series, 6500 Series and Modules 
Fluent in Windows Computing Platforms 
CCNA 
CCNP
