Must Have Skills:
· We are looking at a Solutions Architect with project deliverables experience (should be an absolutely technically hands on person).
· Ability to understand the end to end view of a critical Online application involving multiple systems , groups and organizations.
· Exceptional communication skills.
· Experience in owning 15+ applications individually.
· Exceptional negotiation skills.
· Experience in latest Microsoft technologies.
· Thorough in Microsoft Technologies based architectures, Patterns and Practices, design, Virtualization (HyperV), good understanding on the MS Security models.

· Hands on skills on
Ø C#.NET
Ø WCF/ASMX
Ø ASP.NET
Ø MS Databases
Ø XML and XSLT

· Excellent experience in Agile processes and SCRUM models, Capability to estimate and plan based on the requirements provided.
· Thorough understanding of mission critical, high velocity online app development process - Build and release management, real time development, change management, quality engineering etc.
· Ability to push back the stakeholders and get into a consensus on the Tension Triangle - effort (cost), schedule and features.
· Thorough in NFRs and ability to critically look at a complex system and identify bottlenecks.
· Need to be a team player - to convince, coach and drive the teams.
· Above all, ability to tower above architects and stakeholders and push a point of view with credibility
