Required Skills/Experience (Marketing Senior Business Analyst positions):
· Retail marketing business experience – minimum 3 to 5 years.
· Retail marketing systems experience – minimum 3 to 5 years.
· Capability Maturity Model (CMM) level 4 or 5 experience.
· Proven ability to lead development and test teams in accordance with project schedules for web-based technology solutions.
· Experienced in working with offshore project resources.
· Proven verbal and written communications skills.
· Experienced in Systems Development Lifecycle or similar methodologies.

Desired Skills/Experience
· Adobe software platform knowledge and experience.
· Presentation, facilitation, and training skills highly desirable.
