Moss Architect, preferably residing in Dallas and open to heavy travel. They will definitely consider people from outside of Dallas who are willing to be flown in (work Monday through Thursday onsite; work from home Friday). After initial engagement, you will be expected to travel regularly so Dallas is really only needed for the initial assignment. 

Client wants an experienced architect who has led large implementations. Salary PLUS target bonus.
