Rate quoted is corp to corp. It would be less on a W-2 
3-5 Years Writing or Maintaining Oracle PL/SQL ( 8-9 out of 10 knowledge depth ) Ability to work as part of an existing team, under a Lead DBA and Lead Developer Understanding of Performance Tuning of Oracle 10g SQL including oracle hints Understanding of Index methods and best use for database design Database Referential Integrity design where applicable Familiarity with PL/SQL Developer and Visio as a Database Diagramming Tools Ability to translate written requirements into a database model following standard naming conventions. 
Ability to then script the database model into SQL to create the database objects including tables, views, triggers, indexes, foreign keys, and sequence counters 

Both individuals must be comfortable: 
- interacting regularly w/BA(s) 
- a collaborative environment in an open floor plan 
- working anywhere between our older ASP/JavaScript apps and newer .NET apps 
- pitching in as needed to meet team goals (team player)
