Work as part of a team working with business users globally to gather requirements, validate these requirements with developers, perform technical analysis, and assist in the QA/UAT process. The reporting line for this role will be the project manager. 

The role will involve business and technical analysis assistance in: 
• Proprietary systems to efficiently integrate clients with infrastructure via a Workflow Tool 
• Enhancements to the above system for usage by other groups globally 

Job Responsibilities: 
• Coordinate activities required to develop functional requirements documents, use cases etc. from business requirements and facilitate translation to technical specifications 
• Work closely with global business users and other team members to help drive out actionable requirements 
• Take primary responsibility for the documentation of functional and technical requirements 
• Understand relational databases to perform technical analysis to recommend changes to support requested functionality. 
• Interface with and provide direction to systems development groups, resolving open questions and issues 
• Help organize requirements for the global business into phased system implementation plans 
• Maintain status reports and contribute required line items to overall project plans 
• Identify main areas of design/implementation risk and coordinate successful mitigating actions 
• Provide QA, UAT testing support 
• Develop implementation documentation for training/operational use and perform training as needed 

Qualifications: 
• Prior experience managing business requirements from inception through to production is required. Experience in working with technology teams and coordinating across a multi-faceted program of work involving several different groups is required. Experience in the full project life cycle essential. 
• Minimum of 3 years working in a capital markets environment. Specific experience implementing prime brokerage solutions is preferred. 
• A highly analytical thinker is required. Experience of structured methodologies is desired. 
• Prior experience of data modeling, conceptual and/or physical is required. Ability to understand SQL queries and create ad hoc queries is required. 
The assignment will involve working with many different groups both within and outside technology. Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills will be essential to be successful on this assignment.
