Skills Required: 
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in Information Technology 
• Minimum of 2 years .NET programming experience in an object-oriented SOA Environment 
• Minimum of 2 years working in a Multi-Tier environment 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate at both general and technical levels 
• Ability to consult effectively with users at all levels of the organization. 
• Ability to work well with Windows API’s 
• Experience designing graphical user interfaces and user interactions 
• Ability to engage in concurrent scheduled project/development tasks 
• Proficient in a 4GL language like Informix, Progress and Dataflex
