Skills 
* Good database management, 
* Proficient PC skills in Excel spreadsheet and word processing. 
* Analytical and writing skills also required. 

Experience 
* Minimum three years experience in a mortgage servicing or investor reporting position. 
* Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or Ginnie Mae servicing requirements. 
* Secondary marketing and structured finance a plus. 

* Maintain the MPF databases for the Bank’s residential and commercial loan portfolios; these constitute the books and records of the Bank. Currently the MPF data bases consist of 25 separate files with 426 fields. For any changes to the files user testing falls to the AMA group. 

* Perform loan monitoring, portfolio management, loan reviews and risk assessment of all AMA loans. Monitoring takes the form of testing loan data for compliance, evaluating delinquent loans for impairment, reporting to management, assisting other areas of the Bank in their needs for MPF data and information. 

* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of AMA activity (such as new production, delinquency, run-off, losses, recoveries, etc ) to be submitted to the Board of Directors and other departments within the Bank … 

* Reconcile AMA databases’ figures to the Bank’s general ledger. 

* Test the information in the databases for reasonableness and accuracy including accruals, amortization of premium and discounts, collection of principal and interest, delinquency and loss reporting
