Strong Object Oriented PHP (v.5) 
Strong SQL coding 
Strong front end web development (Javascript, Ajax, etc.) Knowledge of MySQL, Linux 

Knowledge of memcached a plus 
Experience working on high traffic web sites a plus Should know how to make code efficient and easily cacheable. 

Should have an understanding of caching architecture.
