Must be open to 75% travel worldwide (most travel will be domestic, however, given the international nature of financial services, one and two week trips abroad may be necessary. 

• Experience as an Enterprise Data Architect/Consultant in Banking and Financial Services domain – Retail banking, Investment Banking or Cards & Payments 
• Experience working with a management consulting/Big-5 firm 
• Experience working with CTO/CIO organizations or Enterprise Architecture groups 
• Experience working on an enterprise data architecture/transformation program 
• Experience with common financial industry models such as FSLDM, IFW, IFX etc 
• Project experience and knowledge of common database platforms Oracle, DB2 or Sybase 
• Experience with life-cycle data engineering and metadata managements tools 

In other words, the person will have done an SOA transformation for a banking and financial services firm and has a "can do" attitude.
