Market Operations Associate to join our staff as an initial point of contact for the trading issues 

4 year college graduate with about 4-8 years exp 

Responsibilities to include: 
Handling calls, diagnosing, researching and addressing issues and implementing an appropriate solution 
Responsible for escalation of issue as necessary to senior Market Operations staff or other divisions 
Support members utilization of I products and applications 
Responsible for member trading support 
Responsible for customer relationship management 
Facilitate smooth operation and availability of trading settlements 

Required Skills 
Experience Required/Results Expected: 

Understanding of the options product and how it trades 
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with users 
Ability to handle 'break-out' market situations
