Mainframe and distributed experience. Significant application development experience. Knowledge of and experience with all phases of the development life cycle. Strong analysis and design skills. Must have the ability to work constructively with application teams and management. Be extremely thorough with careful attention to detail. Experienced with applications across various platforms. Experienced with data architecture. Technical knowledge of Hardware and Software. 

Knowledge Experience 
 Advanced to expert knowledge and understanding of multiple IT areas (networking, software, data, security, internet, operations) or architecture and core business functions. 
 In-depth knowledge of the system development lifecycle. 
 Knowledge to work at the highest technical level of all phases of system design and implementation. 
 Expert knowledge of systems architecture. 
 Expert business enterprise knowledge and the ability to make decisions and recommendations clearly linked to the organization's strategic and financial goals. 

Skills 
 Expert strategic thinking skills. 
 Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
 Expert ability to synthesize facts, trends, inferences, and key issues and/or themes in complex situations. 
 Expert understanding of the broader impact of work efforts across architectural system components, critical business processes and applications. 
Education 
Bachelor's degree in technical area or technical training equivalent is preferred. Relevant financial services experience 12+ years of solid, work experience in information technologies.
