Required qualifications include: 
• 3+ years of experience with Program Management and driving project management across complex software development lifecycles. 
• 3+ years of Data Warehouse (DW) solution experience including: 
• Managing multiple iterations of successful DW projects 
• Implementing a self-serve reporting strategy. 
• Understanding and writing specifications to incorporate data driven requirements across the internet consumer lifecycle (i.e. campaign management, registration, provisioning, billing, financial, customer care) 
• Integrating disparate data sources and leading the building of a reporting/BI roadmap for information retrieved from our customer-centric data warehouse 
• 3+ years BI development experience, including an understanding of the business requirements 
• Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services, Reporting Services and Integration Services tool experience 
• Strong project management and organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and manage priorities. 
• A proven ability to collaborate well with cross functional groups and virtual teams to effectively solve technical challenges at the product level. 
• Effective problem solving and analytical skills. 
• Meeting facilitation and presentation skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Preferred qualifications include: 
• Agile software development practice experience (e.g. SCRUM) 
• Broad OLAP and ETL tool experience 
• eCommerce, online subscription or internet consumer business BI solution experience 
• A BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
