Contract to Hire 
Salary: $55000 - $65000 

Minimum of 2-4 years application development experience - some of which can be from internships or jobs while at school will seriously consider a FRONT END (JAVASCRIPT/CSS/XML) developer with either some PHP or C++, but NOT Java. 

Strong front-end development experience including the ability to write highly complex Ajax, Javascript, CSS, XML, DHTML and HTML.

Some real-world OBJECT ORIENTED programming experience (C++ or PHP) is a must, as well as some MySQL experience - which could be from college or internships (real world a plus). 

OPT with 2+ total years left is possible.
