Responsibilities: 

To lead, visualize, document and articulate solutions in line with the SharePoint and unified communications strategy. The SharePoint Architect will be involved in leading a team of developers and work closely with other departments to consolidate systems and automate processes. The SharePoint Architect will also be involved in developing solutions on the platform. They will be responsible for planning and managing projects along with acting as the liaison between clients and the technical team. 


Qualifications: 
* The candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills. 
* Demonstrates ability to interview, schedule, assign work to and evaluate the work performance of employees supervised. 
* Four to five years of progressive experience in healthcare information systems Software Development Life Cycle Experience 
* Microsoft SharePoint 2007 & 2010 Architecture/Development,
Microsoft .NET Framework, C# Development on ASP.NET 3.5, Silverlight 3.0, 
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Systems Architecture and Design, Technical Communication and Documentation,
Microsoft Team Foundation Studio (TFS) 2008 & 2010. 
* Understanding of Business Intelligence, Content Management, Data Management, Taxonomy and Governance
