8+ people to fill current needs, all in the 7-12 year experience level. 

Necessary following skills: 
· Implementation experience with security tools (some combination of: Oracle Access Manager (OAM) [legacy: Oblix COREid], Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) [legacy: Thor Xellerate], Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), Oracle Identity Federation (OIF) [legacy: Oblix ShareID], Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM), Oracle Role Manager (ORM) 
· Ability to architect solutions 
· Ability to interface directly with client personnel and drive discussions 
· Ability to communicate clearly (written and spoken) 

Desired skills: 
· Team leadership skills (reporting status, directing activities of onsite and offshore team members, etc)
