* Architect is responsible for architecture and design of web application to meet online marketing and commerce needs using ATG eCommerce Suite. 
* Work collaboratively with an Enterprise Architecture team to ensure integrations with key financial, CRM, content management, and fulfillment applications are designed appropriately, and maximize the ease of future upgrades and enhancements. 
* Design reviews, and may involve domestic and international travel. 
* Develop and document configurations to meet the business requirements including system design, database changes, screen changes, security definition, workflow flowcharts, and configuration documentation. 
* Suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, improvements, and better user experiences. 

Required & Desired Skills: 
* BS degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field * 
* 6+ years of relevant technology consulting, IT System integration experience or Web industry experience * 
* Experience with and/or knowledge of eCommerce web applications such as ATG eCommerce Suite. 
* Experience with designing and delivering complex integration solutions across applications such as ATG, Documentum, Siebel, or equivalent systems. 
* A key understanding of several core technologies like Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, Oracle, SQL, HTML, CSS, and XML is essential. 
* Experience with full lifecycle application testing - functional, regression, performance, integration, etc 
* Experience with and/or knowledge of Content Management design and implementation. 
* Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint). 
* Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams to influence and gain agreement on technical solutions. 
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professional standards and quality. 
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment when making trade-off decisions. 
* Passion for web technology. 
* Desire to keep knowledgeable on latest Industry trends and capabilities, and advise which should be included in a long-term web strategy.
