SAP Test Manager - (US-Anywhere in the USA)

Compensation: $125K - $150K / Year

1. Should have experience in at least two implementations of SAP modules 

2. Should have strong knowledge of SAP ASAP methodology 

3. Should have strong knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and should have used it for implementation, or change management or quality process management 

4. Should have strong knowledge of the QA processes and methodologies 

5. Should have proven experience in creating test strategies, test plans, testing techniques, test tools, defect management and metrics and reporting 

6. Should be able to articulate clearly the value delivered in his experience 

7. Should be a team play and be able to mentor his team 

8. Should have proven experience working in an onsite/offshore model 

9. Should have strong knowledge of Quality Center and should have used ALL modules (and not just defect management) 

10. Should have strong knowledge of Quality Center BPT module and should have designed test components 

11. Should be very comfortable with ambiguity 

12. Should have proven experience working in high pressure environment and tight schedules 

13. Should have very strong written and oral communication skills
