A good fit for us is an investment advisor or RIA with an established book of business that wants an environment where their growth will be appreciated and fostered. 

Must Have: 
5 years of direct industry experience 
Assets Under Management greater than $12million 
Trailing 12 month production greater than $150,000 
Series 7, 63 or 65, or 66 

Prefer representatives who have or are growing their fee based practice. Offer traditional benefit package (401K, group health, dental etc.)
